The annual Christmas Fayre at St Donat’s Castle, Llantwit Major in the Vale of Glamorgan, historically has always fallen on the first Sunday in December.  For the first time, the Christmas Fayre in 2023 will extend over the entire weekend and will take place on Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd December.

The event has grown in popularity over the years; using the castle ground floor spaces and arts centre to exhibit a selection of indoor local craft and food traders. On the outside castle wall, you will find a selection of street food traders selling fresh worldly cuisines.

Included in the entry fee is live entertainment throughout the day, including a family magic show by Simon Sparkles and live music by Finding Fiona. For an additional small fee, you can also book to meet Santa in the Dining Hall, who will gift children a selection box in exchange for their Christmas wishes.
