Conference and meeting hire is available at both St Donats Arts Centre and St Donat’s Castle – both venues home to UWC Atlantic.
St Donats Arts Centre is a converted 12th-century barn and is steeped in history and character. Combined with a modern glass-fronted extension, the centre overlooks the beautiful Tudor gardens and South Wales coast. The barn, converted theatre, is perfect for large conferences, lectures and gigs, making the exclusive hire, not the only selling point of hiring this unique venue.
On selected dates throughout the year, hire St Donat’s Castle for exclusive corporate events – an ultra-special venue for an ultra-special event. Often compared to Hogwarts, not many roam the corridors and gardens of this medieval beauty without being completely infatuated by its charm, character and history.
Times have changed, the days of stuffy conference rooms and death by PowerPoint are long gone. We can provide full events planning and on the day assistance including in-house technical support, or just advice and guidance for helping you get your get together, together!

Two Unique Venues, One Location
Conference Rooms
A welcoming open space with panoramic sea views, the Glassroom is ideal for exhibitions, networking events and receptions. This space can hold up to 200 standing or 140 seated.
A converted 12th-century barn with ground and balcony seating and purpose-built theatre stage, the Tythe Barn is ideal for large conferences for up to 200 seated.
A charming room for smaller meetings, located at the seafront of the St Donat’s Castle estate. Hear the sound of the sea waves from your meeting room.
An architectural delight, the Bradenstoke Hall is the flagship room of St Donat’s Castle. Hosting lavish dinners up to 140 guests this room can also be hired for conferences on selected days throughout the year.
Set in the heart of the castle, the Great Hall boasts an abundance of character and charm. For that extra special meeting or dinner, the Great Hall is a luxurious room for up to 40 seated guests.
