This summer course is designed to leave you inspired and well-educated, complete with an advanced first-aid qualification to support your personal and professional journey.

Additionally, you’ll earn the HSE First Aid at Work certification, valid for three years, providing you with a practical and valuable credential.
What will I learn?
Throughout the course, you will participate in daily workshops designed to progressively build your first aid skills and knowledge. These are complemented by engaging lectures delivered by medical professionals from various fields, including medicine and humanitarian rescue.
Atlantic Pacific’s team of experts will share their personal experiences, providing valuable insights into the realities of working as medics, doctors, or emergency responders. They will talk openly about their journeys, which span from NHS A&E departments to delivering emergency care in remote and challenging locations around the world.
These firsthand accounts offer a glimpse into the demands and rewards of working in high-pressure environments while helping you explore pathways for training, medical courses, and university programmes. Additionally, you will take part in simulated rescue scenarios—on land and in the outdoor pool—where you can put your newfound knowledge to the test.
‘Not only did they get some really great training in Casualty Care & first aid, they also received some really inspiring talks including the founder of the charity and medical professionals. Amazing what they do as a young charity and they have so much potential to change lives.’ – Parent
