Meet the team
UWC Atlantic Experience prides itself on hiring the right people for the right job. We have a growing team of skilled individuals, experts in their own fields that have a shared passion to deliver unique experiences as unique as you are.
Tom has worked in the outdoor and adventure activity sector for over twenty years and has been a part of the UWC family since 2014. Tom leads the UWC Atlantic Experience team and provides the steer to deliver the exceptional experiences UWC Atlantic Experience has to offer. Tom’s passions include rock climbing, caving and combined water and rock activities as well as providing technical expertise in these fields.

Having worked at UWC Atlantic since 2014, Sabrina has worked in both the events and marketing departments and is excited to be part of the newly formed UWC Atlantic Experience team as Marketing and Sales Manager.
As someone who is affable with a creative edge, Sabrina is passionate to use her twelve years experience in events and marketing to play a vital part in delivering the unforgettable experiences the team offers, that ultimately supports scholarships for a transformational UWC Atlantic education.
Katie started her professional career as a youth worker and has since worked in the outdoor industry for over 12 years. She has a wealth of experience in a variety of settings including education and the third sector. Through her work experiences, Katie has had the opportunity to support young people from diverse backgrounds, from those identified as ‘more able and talented’ and young people with complex needs.
Katie enjoys taking part in many varied activities; from mountain biking to paddlesports; hiking to volunteering. She has a passion for caving and stand-up paddleboarding and is a member of several outdoor activity clubs which allows her to interact with different types of people, broadening her knowledge and life experience. She strongly believes in leading by example and gaining experiences that aid both her personal and professional development. She has snow shoed 100km across the Arctic Circle and completed an ultra-marathon in the Sahara Desert. She draws upon these experiences to inspire the young people she works with.
Jess is an Activity Practitioner in the Atlantic Experience team and facilitates a range of outdoor activities from power-boating to caving. In her spare time, Jess enjoys hiking, mountain biking and caving and is a volunteer member of the Brecon Mountain Rescue team where she learns new skills in first aid and various mountain rescue scenarios.
Mark has been working at UWC Atlantic since 2016 in the Events Team starting as a Theatre Technician and is now the Team Leader for UWC Atlantic Experience. With over 10 years of experience in the theatre and live events industry, Mark is excited to deliver a variety of events including gigs, community events and theatre.
Having worked at UWC Atlantic since 2017 in various customer service roles across departments, Robyn brings her knowledge into her current role as Marketing and Sales Administrator for the Team. Part of Robyn’s responsibilities include being the first point of contact for queries, doing the behind the scenes administrative work and also maintaining our social media platforms.
In her spare time, Robyn enjoys long walks with her dog, listening to music and reading a good book.
